I just started reading the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris. I'm thoroughly enjoying them. Its like Stephanie Plum with vampires. Lots o' sexy men and a highly amusing and interesting narrator.
It does make me cringe to think about this series in comparison to the Twilight series. It does really seem like she jacked some concepts. Yikes.
yeah it's a little sketchy that there are so many parallels. the telepath thing tripped me out the most. i wonder if stephanie meyer's "dream" came after reading the first book. :) i need to read the books because i watched the first season of true blood and it was ok, but a girl in my office said the books are way better. we'll see.
I like to eet eet eet eeples and baneenees...and everything else in the world.
Also, I thoroughly enjoy vapid and easy-to-read, slutty romance novels. I live most of my life vicariously.
Everything else about me is irrelevant at the moment.
